What does client success mean to you?
“Client success means enabling our clients to achieve their aspired program objectives and goals, and giving them the tools to succeed at every turn. I’m proud to say that we do this every time, not just some of the time.”
Alex has been leading and empowering a team of mentoring experts, some of whom have more than 25 years of experience in running mentoring programs, since 2013 at Art of Mentoring. Alex has helped the team expand, now servicing over 26 countries and connecting tens of thousands of mentoring pairs every year. He is passionate about building mentoring expertise in his own team to share with the Art of Mentoring clients and community. Under his leadership, Art of Mentoring will continue to push the boundaries of unlocking the potential of powerful relationships enabled by technology.
“At the end of the day we exist to enable the mentees and the mentors. Creating relationships that are transformational and grow beyond coffee catchups, has a profound effect on the individuals involved and the companies they work for – that’s why we do what we do.”
Alex has built some of Australia’s largest mentoring programs across a wide range of sectors including Government, Law, Financial Services, Health and Allied Health. He is passionate about making a difference to peoples’ work lives, and empowering them through mentoring to make the best of their career. He is also committed to helping organisations to attract, engage, develop and retain their valued members or employees.
Art of Mentoring is the Australasian representative for Coaching and Mentoring International, has participation in the European Mentoring and Coaching Council for accreditations and one of its founders was a trustee in the committee that wrote the International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programmes (ISMCP).
