Alex Richardson is one of the Founders and Chief Growth Officer at Art of Mentoring with responsibility for Global Sales and Client Success.

Alex has built some of Australia’s largest mentoring programs across a wide range of sectors including Government, Law, Financial Services, Health and Allied Health. He is passionate about making a difference to peoples’ work lives, and empowering them through mentoring to make the best of their career. He is also committed to helping organisations to attract, engage, develop and retain their valued members or employees.

Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Engineering, Alex worked as a recording sound engineer/producer then moved into video production and animation before co-founding Art of Mentoring.
