For example, work on programs which aim to reduce suicide rates, helping people carve out their dream career or improving diversity within an organisation or even an entire industry.

We are a virtual business headquartered in Bellingen and need another special person to provide valuable support and assistance to our growing dedicated & professional team.

Role Responsibilities

This role will have a diverse range of responsibilities including;

  • Website edits and updates
  • Setting up of events on website, GoTo meeting, Eventbrite etc
  • Editing/formatting of proposals & reports, and ensuring templates are up to date
  • Maintaining image library and relevant accounts e.g. iStock
  • Conference collateral preparation
  • Monitoring competitive activity
  • Product development involvement e.g. organise filming venues, equipment hire and provide basic film editing assistance
  • Use of other related software including the company’s proprietary Mentoring Program Management Platform
  • Other support duties as required such as online research, data collection and preparation for team meetings and other events

In order to successfully undertake this role you’ll need the following skillset;

  • Good command of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress
  • Proven ability to acclimatise to new and varied software quickly
  • Some video editing skills would be an advantage

The person we’re seeking will be;

  • Tech savvy and able to learn and master new software quickly and easily
  • Very much a people person, able to communicate easily and confidently to clients at middle management level with respect to technology, as well as to our team
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Creative, innovative and able to show some design flair (although we’re not expecting you to actually be a graphic designer…)
  • Organised with attention to detail and finally,
  • A good time manager to juggle the various aspects of this role!
  • Some experience with Google Adwords, Social Media and Database Management is desirable
