Donella is an experienced and dedicated people and culture leader, specialising in training and development, human resource management, event management and project delivery. In corporate roles, Donella managed large and small teams in Australia, UK, and Dubai, across financial services and hospitality. More recently, she has worked extensively as a consultant with enterprise, government, and professional association clients.

Before joining Art of Mentoring, Donella was instrumental in launching a mentoring program for people working in the social housing sector in Australasia. She believes strongly in the power of mentoring to connect and develop people, help them reach their potential, and produce extraordinary results for organisations.
