Melissa Richardson Co-founder and Managing Director of Art of Mentoring  

Melissa is one of Australia’s leading experts in mentoring and coaching, having worked in the field for over twenty years. She has designed and implemented mentoring programs across dozens of public and private sector organisations and has trained and worked with thousands of mentors and mentees. Her research into effective mentoring practice, mentoring relationships and emerging mentoring trends has global influence and is built into Art of Mentoring’s suite of offerings.  

Melissa was a trustee of ISMPE, the forerunner to ISMCP (International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programmes) and is an official member of the ISMCP Assessment Team at EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Professor David Clutterbuck Co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council 

David Clutterbuck is one of the early pioneers of developmental coaching and mentoring and co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Author of more than 65 books, including the first evidence based titles on coaching culture and team coaching, he is visiting professor at three business schools. He leads a global network of specialist mentoring and coaching consultants, Coaching and Mentoring International.

Cathy Burke is an influential global thinker, speaker and educator on transformative leadership and human potential.  

Cathy spent two decades travelling to villages across South Asia and Africa in her work to end hunger, as Former Global Vice President at The Hunger Project, and before that CEO of The Hunger Project Australia. The women and men she met have given her enduring lessons in life and leadership. From this experience Cathy authored Unlikely Leaders: Lessons in Leadership from the Village Classroom

Jo-Anne Moorfoot, Executive Director of Australian Centre for Healthcare Governance

With a career spanning over 30 years, Jo-Anne has extensive experience in the health sector having worked in rural and metro settings in acute, subacute and community health in clinical and senior management positions. Jo-Anne has particular expertise in risk management, clinical governance and effective consumer engagement, and is passionate about developing and supporting the next generation of health leaders. 

Jo-Anne has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology, a Graduate Diploma of Business, is an alumni of Leadership Victoria, is a GAICD, and currently sits on the board of West Gippsland Healthcare Group and bestchance Child and family Services.

With diverse qualifications in psychology and project management and experience in both the private and public sectors, Gina brings hard and soft skills to mentoring program design and management. She was instrumental in designing and setting up the AWRA eMentoring Program for women in the Australian mining sector, as well as programs for school-aged children to build confidence, competence and connections.
