We Teach the Art of Mentoring and Developmental Learning Conversations.

Don't expect great managers to be great mentors.

Experts say when mentoring relationships begin without training, only one in three is likely to succeed. This means two in three will fail. Training mentors doubles the success rate. While training mentees and line managers boosts it to 90%!

The most successful mentoring partnerships are formed when mentor and mentee expectations align and each person has the tools to maximise the mentoring opportunity. Our world class video content facilitates this alignment. We also provide you all the tools you need to succeed.

Key learning outcomes:
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of a mentor and mentee.
  • Conduct a relationship which is ethical, respectful and successful.
  • Learn how to implement techniques to achieve mentoring goals.

How It Works

The course structure is a combination of engaging instruction, mentoring demonstrations, interviews with experienced mentors and mentees, reading materials, tools and forms to download.

Licences are purchased in group lots and remain active for 12 months. The course can be accessed across all devices, from desktop to mobile phone.

There are 5 modules, each of 10-20 minutes duration (online time). Participants can set aside five short sessions to take the training, at times to suit them, or complete the training in one session. Total estimated course time is 90 minutes.
