Craig comes with many years of experience in working with companies and associations in redefining and improving customer service delivered through dedicated teams of customer success managers. This experience is across public service, government bodies, private enterprises and not for profit associations.

Before joining Art of Mentoring, Craig was managing the extensive AHRI mentoring program delivering improvements to the benefits of membership via quality mentoring across the broad expanse of the HR profession. Working also in conjunction with Art of Mentoring in the many AHRI member attended events.

Craig is dedicated to providing the life changing mentoring experience to as many mentees as possible while developing mentors into the complex mentoring role.
