Why is mentoring important to you?
“Some of my most significant and deep learning has come only recently through ruthlessly compassionate conversations with a great mentor. It is a rare opportunity to have someone listen to you and to reflect back both the good and the bad with candour and generosity.”
Gina has a BE (Chemical) Hons, BSc (Psychology) Hons and Dip Project Management. She has worked in the private and public sector as well as in industry bodies, in roles such as project and program management, strategy and policy.
