Mentee Foundations

Online Self-paced Learning

Our training program provides a comprehensive suite of resources tailored to foster successful mentoring relationships for both mentors and mentees. Presented in an engaging video format, the online training showcases authentic mentor-mentee interactions, demonstrating professional techniques utilised by mentors to optimise conversational outcomes.

For mentees who have completed OTMM Training, the program offers guidance on initiating and assuming responsibility for the relationship. Consisting of four modules, requiring 1 hour to complete, the course delves into the following topics:

  • Introduction to Mentoring
  • Starting strong and establishing the mentoring relationship
  • Building and keeping momentum
  • Getting what you want out of mentoring

Licenses are available for mentors, mentees, or both, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This grants participants access to revisit the content at their convenience within the 12-month period, even after completing the training modules. Included in the training are various resources such as:

  • Sample mentoring agreement
  • First meeting tool
  • Meeting tool
  • Goal sheet for mentee First meeting checklist
  • FAQs

Total Duration: 1 hour.

This is a non-accredited course, however, upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Training Managers Pack with resources to help you implement a successful mentoring program, as well as a certificate of completion.

Course Resources

This 45-50 minute course delves into the art of mentoring women, addressing unique challenges with confidence and expertise. Perfect for both men and women mentoring females, it includes insightful video demonstrations by leading experts. Please note, completion of the Fundamental Online Training is required beforehand, as this course builds upon its foundation.
