Classroom Course or Online Self-paced Learning

We have formulated a three-part Mentoring Program Manager Training (MPMT) certification foundation program which combines eLearning and on-the-job workplace projects to ensure you acquire the knowledge and skills to deliver a successful mentoring program for your organisation. Study online at your own pace and receive virtual personal coaching sessions to embed the learning. This can be delivered as a classroom course, if preferred, as a two-day course, or one day in classroom following completion of the online modules.

Total Duration: 13 hours equivalent to 2-day classroom training.

This is a non-accredited course, however, upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Training Managers Pack with resources to help you implement a successful mentoring program, as well as a certificate of completion.

Become internationally recognised for mentoring management excellence by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council with this Mentoring/Coaching Program Manager Online Enhanced Practitioner Course, which leads to the Practitioner Level Individual Program Manager Award (IPMA).

This blended learning course consists of group webinars, workbooks, skills practice, reflective practice, and assessment over 4 months with 6 continued reflective practice online forum sessions after completion. Course faculty includes Art of Mentoring Founder, Melissa Richardson, Professor David Clutterbuck and Dr. Julie Haddock-Millar of Middlesex University. Study as part of an international group and build your support network of other program managers.

Total Duration: 50 hours equivalent to 8-day classroom training.
