What does client success mean to you?

“Client success is implementing inclusive practices and ensuring a safe mentoring environment so each individual feels comfortable to learn and develop skills and knowledge to the best of their ability.”

 

 

Dayle has been working in customer service for 20 years. After many years of providing call-centre support she found her passion working in early education, a natural environment for mentoring people of all ages. With a curiosity for cultural inclusion and relationship development, she focused on developing her knowledge to ensure every individual felt included in the environment she provided.

Dayle holds her qualification in early education, as well as training and assessment, and is currently studying for a dual diploma in management and project management. At Art of Mentoring, Dayle believes that we will never stop learning, and to support this, she is putting her skills and knowledge into practice by developing strong reciprocal relationships with others as a foundation for providing the support and guidance to meet each client’s needs.
