With experience in multiple industries Nicola is a huge advocate for mentoring and appreciates the ripple effect it has, not only on the organisation but the individual on a personal and professional level which can filter down through generations to come.

Nicola lives in the Gold Coast with her partner, their 4 children and spoilt little poodle, Mindi.
