Gina has a BE (Chemical) Hons, BSc (Psychology) Hons and Dip Project Management. She has worked in the private and public sector as well as in industry bodies, in roles such as project and program management, strategy and policy.
Before joining Art of Mentoring, Gina was instrumental in securing government funding for and setting up the AWRA eMentoring Program, a virtual mentoring program for women working in the mining sector in Australia.
Passionate about mentoring for women, she was also involved in a mentoring program for Girl Guides and set up a program for school age girls to build confidence, competence and connections through mentoring.
